Malcolm Ingram, of Greenberg Traurig, joins the Board of the Human Resources Executive Alliance as its newest HREA Partner

Sep 1, 2022 —The Human Resources Executive Alliance (HREA), an invitation-only community of human resources leaders offering members access to valuable networking and informative events, is pleased to announce Malcolm Ingram as its newest HREA Partner.

Malcolm is an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice of Greenberg Traurig’s Philadelphia office. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including internal investigations, and virtually all phases of employment litigation. Malcolm defends employers in matters related to ADEA, ADA, FMLA, Title VII, PHRA, FLSA and trade secrets before federal courts, state courts, and administrative agencies. He also counsels employers on day-to-day issues, including employee discipline and employees’ leaves of absence.

A Philadelphia native Malcolm is a long-time support of the local community. He currently serves on the Boards of the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia and Social Venture Partners Philadelphia. Malcolm earned his J.D. from the Temple University Beasley School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Philadelphia University. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America, “Ones to Watch" list from 2021-2023 in Litigation and Labor & Employment Law.
